What is approved during sampling is exactly what goes into production — ensuring reliable results, predictable timelines and products ready for commercial use.
You share your concept, artwork or reference. Our team reviews the design for proportions, materials, construction, safety requirements and production feasibility. If needed, we propose technical adjustments — always respecting your character and brand. Outcome: a design that can be produced consistently at scale.
A physical pre-production sample is developed based on the approved specifications. This sample reflects the final product in size, materials, stitching and finishing. You review and approve the sample before any mass production starts. Outcome: a confirmed reference that defines the final product.
After sample approval, production starts according to the validated specifications. We monitor materials, workmanship and consistency throughout the process. All products are produced in line with EN71, GPSR and applicable EU safety requirements. Outcome: consistent, compliant products ready for commercial use.
Final quality checks are performed before shipment. We manage logistics and EU import procedures, ensuring controlled delivery to your warehouse, park or distribution partner. Outcome: reliable delivery without surprises.
